Is There any Specific Supplication After Reading the Quran?

As such, there is no single narration from the Companions or prominent scholars after them who taught such supplication. The most popular opinion about such supplication, which is written at the end of mushaf (copy of the Quran), is what was considered as the saying of Sheikh Ibn Taimiyyah.
